E&M was founded in 1979 and till today continues to develop advanced software which helps computerized society spread more effectively. Currently, E&M Group (EMG) is made up of several incorporated companies. Each company has its own strong business function with an allotted role as a member of the group. E&M itself functions as the core of the Group, plans the Group's main strategies, and governs all the members' performance from a long-term pioneering strategy point of view.

What can EMG contribute to society?
Is EMG's existence sufficiently appreciated by society, clients and employees?

We always seriously ask ourselves these things as a part of our everyday work. We put all our effort into utilizing IT technology into actual life and being considered useful in an industrial society.

However, as convenient anything can be, we know that actualizing it with IT is not our only concern. In the end society is made up of human beings. We at EMG think that the highest level of civilized society must be one where its people live in an invigorating and relaxed way according to their values while cooperating with companions. Our IT technology exists there as a partner supporting them.

Until then and from now on, EMG will always strive to innovate IT technology, putting its best effort into actualizing a practical and useful system using basic technology as society wants it. And I hope we can become valued by clients and everyone in society, such that it can always be said that "EMG is necessary".
